New Team Member

Paul Westlake, a veteran of the BVI marine industry for 25 years, joined the team before Christmas.

An RYA Yachtmaster licensed captain with 25 years experience operating both sailing and power vessels up to 200 tons, private and charter, he has a strong technical and engineering background and over 80,000 nautical miles.

His earlier years in the BVI saw him predominantly land-based at Marina Cay and Guana Island, but he got afloat in 1995 when he joined the 120-foot wooden tall ship, S/V Galaxy, as engineer and first mate. This was followed by ten years of skippering luxury crewed charter catamarans. After a few years running marine operations and installations for an audio-visual and home automation installation company, Paul has fully returned to the marine industry he loves!

Paul is also a fully certified PADI Dive Master with CPR and First Aid training.
