I arrived in BVI on my inaugural trip from Florida on July 13th 2017, three days later I was hit by lightning while at anchor. This forced me to stay for extensive electronic repairs in BVI instead of sailing south to Grenada as planned. I hired Island Yacht Management to manage my boat while away from BVI.
As hurricane Irma approached Richard did all the timely moves to haul out and protect my boat as the hurricane approached. He even took my dinghy out of the water and with his trailer put it in a highly protected place.
Both survived with minimum damage! Thanks Richard and Island Yacht Management!
